	I can understand why CD Baby wants their artists to email directly with questions etc. but I've emailed the same question twice over the last couple of months and have had no reply. I don't email very often but I used to receive my replies very quickly.

We really do read every email we get so it might be that your emails were miscategorized at some point, or that we are having a problem reading them. 	Hi guys, I'm new to CD Baby (late June)and I just wanted to post that CD Baby has been really great and very supportive. All my questions and concerns have been answered and promptly addressed. I found that especially helpful in the early set up stages of working with CD Baby. Anyway, I wanted to post to say thanks to Derek and staff and here's to an ongoing great partnership !!
