    Unique Music Supervisor & Song Leasing Opportunities

    Opportunities for any musicians interested.


    Opportunity 1 - Experienced Songwriter or Recording
    Artist needed as Music Supervisor


    Task: Find, Organize & negotiate leasing of different
    songs & music for use in simple lyric writing education product
    line

    Details: Part-time involvement; zero ($0) initial
    payment; 5% stake in business; some of your music
    also can be used for royalties & song exposure

    Additional Task: Be a consultant & co-developer on all
    lyric writing content in product line & on website

    Details: Part-time involvement; zero ($0) initial
    payment; 15% additional stake in business

    Conditions: Opportunity limited to USA residents;
    living in Eastern Time zone preferred (for ease of
    communication) but not required; must be experienced in
    multiple lyric writing styles & techniques; only ONE Music
    Supervisor will be chosen


    Opportunity 2 - New Songs & Music needed for lyric
    writing education product


    Details: Song will be leased for lyric writing
    educational purposes; 6-month lease contract; zero ($0) initial
    payment; up to 50 royalty points on net profit of
    connected product sales (after expenses); song, album & artist
    name will be exposed and linked to product & on website

    Conditions: English-speaking songs only (for now);
    require both vocal track & music track – not final album track -
    for mix down with product; only need roughly 25
    songs
    ; multiple music genres considered; you
    must have copyright ownership or publishing rights to allow
    song's usage



    The Market - 24,000 lyric writers per month need
    help; 2% already successfully captured each month through
    business's marketing strategy; 46.7% of which were surveyed for
    details of specific lyric writing education product line to develop

    I would be more comfortable with a set licensing fee rather than making the songwriter responsible for the profit of the product. I never did like "net profit".
