Coka-Cola and Pepsi are currently running promotions with their
"rewards" programs that could be a nice boost to sales. The
Coca-Cola program runs to 7/31 and Pepsi until 12/31.
Coke is partnered with RHAPSODY and Pepsi with AMAZONMP3
which are 2 of the CD-Baby Digital Distribution (DD) sites.
Therefore, as long as your CD is in DD here and is in the catalog
for the mentioned sites, your fans can use their points to
download your record(s). I am assuming payments will be the
same from CD-Baby since it is a partnership between the Digital
sites and the Soda companies.
I had some fans write me who got some of my back catalog
through this, so I know it works.
NOTE - I found on the AmazonMP3/Pepsi thing, you need to
instruct the visitors to click on the album cover to get the order
page with the Pepsi Points (5 per Track).
