I received an email from a guy named Michael Sutton of Sutton Records. He says he does promotions and all, but I can't find anything on this guy. Has anyone heard of him and if so, what have you heard?

Talking with a CD Baby artist I know and trust who said she was completely screwed over by this guy.
He took her money (thousands of dollars) and did nothing, avoiding all her calls, etc.

I'm really glad that I checked here for info. on this guy. I spent a
couple of hours researching online and checking stuff including the
BBB in Washington. I think this guy is pulling a fast one. I clicked
onto one of his sites and there was no staff, no links when I clicked
to find out if he had a staff which he implies in his original email. I
can't believe these people take advantage of people on cdbaby.
Forwarned, there are so many scams out there.
